We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or description of a product you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway.

YOU WELLNESS™️ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or insufficient stock.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer UK-wide shipping. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Please ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate. YOU WELLNESS™️ is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the heat seal intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@you-wellness.co.uk. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as YOU WELLNESS™️cannot be held liable for items lost or undelivered in transit. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
