We offer free delivery on all UK orders and aim to dispatch within 1 working day. Most parcels are shipped using Amazon 24-Hour Couriers as standard, because we know how important it is to start your wellness journey without delay. Some orders may be dispatched via Royal Mail 48, depending on service availability at the time.

All vitamin and supplement pouches are sent in letterbox-friendly packaging, designed for smooth, secure delivery while minimising waste. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, with no oversized tubs or single-use plastic. We’re committed to sustainable sourcing, partnering only with suppliers who respect both people and planet. Each pouch is created with minimal waste in mind, helping to reduce carbon emissions throughout delivery.

Larger parcels, such as bottle or bundle orders, may require someone to be at home to receive them.

Amazon provides a fully tracked delivery service. If your order has been sent via Royal Mail 48, tracking will update once a delivery attempt has been made.
